Research on the mechanisms of cerebrovascular disease and ion channel mediated neuropsychiatric disorders. Integrating the electrophysiological changes of neurons in central nervous system diseases with neurobiochemical molecular events for in-depth analysis of intercellular communication patterns within neurovascular units, and promoting the validation of new targets for clinical drug therapy. Published a research paper as the first author in the Research journal, received the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students, was awarded the title of "Three Good Students" and "Outstanding Graduate" by Nanjing Medical University.
Research on the pathogenesis and target regulation of neurological and psychiatric disorders. Publish research papers as the first author in journals such as Research and Journal of Biomedical Research. Received the Outstanding Oral Presentation Award at the "Youth Forum" of the 2021 International Pharmacology Frontier Cross Forum Conference; Second Prize of "Youth Report" at the First Sino Russian Pharmacology Graduate International Forum.
1. Research on the pathogenesis and drug targets of autism and its comorbidities; 2. Research on the pathogenesis and prevention strategies of stress-related diseases. Published a research paper as the first author in the Journal of Molecular Psychiatry, and was invited to write a review in Nature Portfolio Communities. Oral presentations were given at the 46th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Neuroscience and the 53rd Annual Meeting of the American Society of Neuroscience. Received the Excellent Poster Award at the 17th National Academic Conference of the Chinese Society of Neuroscience, the Youth Excellent Report Award at the 17th National Biochemical and Molecular Pharmacology Academic Conference, the Best Cross disciplinary Research Award at the National Cardiovascular Pharmacology Academic Conference, the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students, and the Academic Award at Nanjing Medical University
Mechanism research and target discovery of autism spectrum disorder. Using techniques such as ex vivo electrophysiology, optogenetics, molecular biochemistry, bioinformatics, virus transfection, and systemic behavior to analyze the pathogenesis of autism from the perspective of neurovascular communication, providing effective and reproducible biomarkers for clinical diagnosis of autism and precise targets and drugs for core symptom intervention. During my doctoral studies, I published a review on the association between autism as the first author in Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, participated in a major scientific and technological innovation project, conducted a multicenter clinical IIT study, and won over ten awards, including the first prize for outstanding young papers at the National Cardiovascular Pharmacology Academic Conference.
